No, ‘Wednesday’ Season 2 Doesn’t Just Have Four Episodes. Here’s When Part 2 Comes Out

Think you’ve seen all of Wednesday Season 2? Think again. Netflix has only released the first half of this year’s most-binged series—four pulse-pounding episodes that leave you dangling over a cliff. Mild spoilers ahead.

When we last left Wednesday Addams—masterfully brought to life by Jenna Ortega—she’d just wrapped up the Miss Thornhill mess at Nevermore Academy. Fast forward to Part 1 of Season 2, and she’s greeted like a hero…whether she likes it or not. Between adoring classmates, a school administrator on her tail (Steve Buscemi’s Principal Dort), and her entire family roaming the halls—Morticia, Gomez and even Pugsley are all back for more—Wednesday’s life is busier than ever.

But with great admiration comes even greater peril. Her psychic gift? MIA. Murders? Plentiful. Wednesday’s forced to face the chilling horrors hidden within Willow Hill Asylum, and by Episode 4, things have gone from creepy to full-blown chaos. And just as the tension peaks—boom! Netflix cuts us loose until Part 2.

Here’s the scoop: Season 2, Part 2 drops on September 3 at midnight PT / 3 a.m. ET. Like Part 1, it’ll clock in at four installments, promising fresh faces (I’m looking at you, Lady Gaga’s Rosaline Rotwood) and stir-the-pot twists—especially with a few key characters now out of the picture. After that? The next batch of episodes won’t arrive until Season 3 (yes, already greenlit).

So sharpen your wits, stock your snack stash, and mark your calendars—four more episodes of weirdness and wonder are just around the corner. Until then, what theories are you cooking up for the big asylum showdown? Drop your thoughts in the comments!
